It was founded by Jord Poster, one of the founding members of Priceline.com and is just another clever way to exploit the kindheartedness of bands while circumventing scalping laws. Many charities swallow up the donations in "administrative" overhead. If you want to give to the needy, give directly. If you want to go to a concert, buy from the band direct. I won't attend concerts anymore where I can't buy tickets from the artist. Dave Matthews band gets it. Charity Partners is a business not a charity.
