I am happy to announce that as of yesterday, MTV is now part of the Sonicbids promoter community. We’ll be announcing a lot more details in the coming week but what this means is that:
- MTV will use Sonicbids to find and license music for all its TV shows;
- MTV will use Sonicbids to license music from three bands/artists that will play during the upcoming MTV Video Music Awards in September;
There is another great collaborative initiative in the works that I cannot make public until MTV sends out its official press release in the coming weeks but I am sure bands on Sonicbids will love as it will give you amazing exposure to a much coveted audience.
